1. Scope of Policy
This refund policy applies to all services provided by KOHOKI DESIGN SAS, including but not limited to:

- Logo, Business Cards, Letterheads
- Stationery, Flyers, Posters, Brochures
- Packaging, Labels, QR Codes
- Uniforms, Merchandising, Vehicles
- Event & Trade Shows Design and Communication
- Wayfindings, Signage, Billboards
- Websites, Apps, Newsletters, Emails
- Social Media, Web & Ads Campaigns
- Illustrations, Presentations, Infographics
- Workflow Automation Blueprints
- AI Chatbot Agents/Assistants
- Business creation & development advisory
- Marketing analysis

2. General Refund Conditions
Right of Withdrawal: In compliance with French consumer law, clients have a right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation) within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without having to provide any reason. This right applies unless the client expressly waives it.
Waiver of Withdrawal Right: If the client requests the immediate commencement of services and acknowledges that this results in a waiver of the withdrawal right, no refund will be provided once the service has been fully performed.
Completed Services: No refunds will be granted for services that have been completed and delivered, provided they meet the specifications agreed upon.
3. Refund Request Procedure
Notification: Clients must notify KOHOKI DESIGN SAS of their intention to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period. Notification should be sent via email to contact@kohoki.com or through the company's online portal.
Confirmation: Upon receiving a withdrawal request, KOHOKI DESIGN SAS will acknowledge receipt and confirm whether the request falls within the applicable withdrawal period.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the confirmation of the withdrawal request.
4. Service-Specific Conditions
Digital Products: For digital products (e.g., website designs, AI chatbot agents) that are delivered electronically and immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or use has commenced with the client’s consent.
Customized Services: For personalized and customized services (e.g., strategic brand frameworks, bespoke designs), refunds are not provided once the work has commenced, unless the withdrawal is made within the 14-day period and no substantial work has been carried out.
5. Webinar and E-Learning Courses
Cancellation: Clients can cancel their enrollment in webinars or e-learning courses up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start date or for no-shows.
6. Dispute Resolution
Amicable Settlement: KOHOKI DESIGN SAS aims to resolve any disputes amicably. Clients are encouraged to contact customer service to discuss any issues or concerns.
Legal Recourse: If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, clients may pursue legal recourse in accordance with French law.
